Health Benefits

The Macadamia is one of nature’s treasures for good health. Brisbane Hospital studies have shown that six to twenty nuts a day can lower blood cholesterol levels by up to 7% in four weeks. Macadamias also concentrate selenium, an important element for male fertility, and contain vitamin A as retinol. In addition to all this, Macadamias are an important source of dietary fibre, calcium and iron, so you can enjoy a guilt-free snack filled with goodness while remaining on a healthy diet. (Of course, the chocolate coated option is for the occasional indulgence).
